New Home
I started to thinking about this blog a few years ago when I purchased my first home. I was staring at the empty space and imagining all the ways that I could decorate the space with existing furniture and what new pieces I would be wanting to add. But mainly I looked at all the blank walls and realized that I would finally have the option to put nails in the walls.
It was the blank wall that I could not wait to cover and now that I have spend years playing around with covering those walls I came to the conclusion that I would like to share what I have done.
Not because I think I can do better than anyone already out there, just a place to come and showcase what I was doing. A place to release the creative side that I have; to show that blank walls do not have to stay blank walls and sometimes covering those walls can be a fun thing.
Also now at this time when so many of us are hanging out more and more time at home maybe this can give people so ideas to taken those blank spaces that could use something. So that is some of the background on the why I wanted to started this project.
Below gives you some idea of those blank walls I was staring at…and in the upcoming posts I can show you all how I tackled them to express myself at home.
